Now don't get me wrong, of all the video game consoles, I don't know if I would call the Xbox 360 my favorite video game console. My best friend bought a used Playstation 3 video game system, as well as the Playstation Portable known as the PSP. Those games are equally fun. Especially, I prefer playing Grand Theft Auto 4 aka GTA 4 on the PS3 as well.

The only thing that I didn't like about the Playstation's, particularly the new ones, were that they stopped being backwards compatible with the PS2 or Playstation 2, with the 40 and 60 gig additions. That kind of turned me off from buying the Playstation 3 when it was released. There was no chance I was going to drop $600 for the 80 gb so Xbox was the game of choice for me.

But my inner video game conflict doesn't stop there. Because when it comes to discount video game consoles for sale, it is hard to dethrone the Nintendo Wii, which in my book is the reigning champ when it comes to discount video games. They were able to drop a kick ass video game system for less than both of their main rivals. And I have had plenty of drunk fun playing the Wii Boxing, or Wii Sports, or some other active type game.

I never forget the last time I was out for a cheap video game run. I was looking for a game for my Playstation 2, which I loved, and I decided that if I was going to get something at the cheapest price possible, I was going to have to flex my negotiating muscles. So when I got to the store that sold used video games, I offered the teller, a back door deal which I swore to never divulge the details of and I was able to get the best price on a used video game that I wanted.

So if you are out an about, always keep and mind that just because the store has discount video games for sale doesn't mean that they won't let you buy it at and even bigger discount. You never know what someone will agree to if you never ask. And this doesn't just work for the games, but try it for when you are looking for Xbox skins, or cases, or any type of video game accessory.
